Neville Mody began with Iron Mountain in May 2006 as Managing Director when his Document Management business, Mody Access Info became a part of the Iron Mountain family. One of the Pioneers of the record management business in India, his innovations in designing and implementing tailored record management solutions for telecom, banking and finance sectors led the company in creating niche specialization and building customer loyalty. With over 15 years of experience and expertise in the areas of Finance and Project Management, he continues to play a significant role in anchoring Iron Mountain foothold in India and is well positioned to lead planned expansion in the region.

Neville is a Commerce Graduate. His other academic achievements include Diploma in Accounting from the London Guildhall University, and a fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants- London

Rahul Sood, Executive Director with Iron Mountain India formed a start up record management company, Indexinfo Services. He joined hands with Mody Access Info in 2002 in order to pave the way for Mody's logical expansion plans to North and East India. Rahul now leads the business in North and East India responsible for achieving excellence in service and creating new growth opportunities in this fast growing region. His diverse industry skills include 15 years in the Marine Industry managing risk and training and bring with him the experience of holding several senior positions with marine companies in various parts of Europe and South East Asia. He has a keen interest in best practice operations, logistics and individual performance management. Being a key member of the India team, he is responsible for driving the strategic growth and expansion plans in other major regions in India

His academic background includes a Masters in Mercantile Marine Sciences from Mumbai

Nidhi has been with the company since 2002, serving as marketing manager for North India before taking her current national role as business development head for India region. Previously with Contract Advertising, a subsidiary of J. Walter Thompson, Nidhi worked as an Account Manager working closely with companies such as ABN AMRO Bank, Avaya Solutions, NIIT and Lucent Technologies helping them achieve business goals through designing strategic communication and tactical marketing programs. She now leads a sales team spread across south western and northern region with a focus on excellence in customer service to the existing customers and generation of new business opportunities in current as well other key regions in India

Nidhi holds Bachelors in Business Administration and Masters in Marketing and Communication from Amity Business School, Delhi.
